Refund Policy

money back guarantee on the cost of the goods excluding postage costs if returned within 7 working days of invoice date, and it is returned in the same condition it was recieved i.e any sealed items intact and with their original packaging.
Faulty goods Policy

goods will be replaced if the goods are faulty out of their package, the customer pays the postage to return the item, and the supplier pays the postage to return the replacement.

cameras that are faulty and request a replacement after 7 days after their invoice date will be replaced and all postage will be paid by the customer.

Batteries and SD Cards cannot be returned for replacements or a refund.
Warranty Cover

cameras will be covered for a replacement if they are faulty for 12 months by the manufacturer. The cameras must be returned in their original packaging.

cameras that are discontinued within the warranty period cannot be replaced or refunded.
Loss or Damage to Goods with Courier
We are not liable for loss or damage to goods when they have been handed over to the courier. We will always make sure there is sufficient compensation covered by yourselves on delivery charges to include insurance against loss or damage. However we will as a supplier take full responsibilty to claim back the funds, and on receipt of the compensation we will then offer the customer a replacement of the goods that were lost or damaged through the courier or a full refund will be given.
